Apex Members Club


The Apex Members Club offers exclusive subscription-based detailing and maintenance plans designed to keep your vehicle in pristine condition. This policy document outlines the terms and conditions for all Apex Members Club memberships, including billing, service inclusions, eligibility, upgrades, and cancellations.


2. Membership Tiers


The Apex Members Club offers four distinct membership tiers: VIP, Express, Deluxe, and Elite.


2.1 VIP Membership


Monthly Price: $10.00


Benefits:

●    15% Off any Detail
●    $20 Loyalty Gift Card
●    No long-term commitment required, with the option to upgrade at any time.


2.2 Express Membership


Monthly Price: $59.00
Annual Price: $588

Monthly Wash Inclusions:

 

Exterior: Thorough hand wash and dry, comprehensive wheel and tire cleaning and dressing, exterior glass cleaning, detailed wipe-down of door jambs, and targeted bug and tar removal as needed.


2.3 Deluxe Membership


Monthly Price: $79.00
Annual Price: $828

Monthly Wash Inclusions (Deluxe Tier)

 

Exterior: Thorough hand wash and dry, comprehensive wheel and tire cleaning and dressing, exterior glass cleaning, detailed wipe-down of door jambs, and targeted bug and tar removal as needed.

 

Bi-monthly Deluxe Shine
Exterior: Thorough hand wash and dry, comprehensive wheel and tire cleaning and dressing, exterior glass cleaning, detailed wipe-down of door jambs, targeted bug and tar removal as needed, plus a machine-applied spray wax or sealant for 1-2 months of paint protection, and detailed cleaning of wheel wells.


Interior: Complete vacuuming of the interior (including trunk/cargo area), meticulous wipe-down of all hard surfaces (dashboard, console, door panels, cup holders), interior glass cleaning, air purge to dislodge interior debris, quick wipe-down of all interior surfaces, spot treatment for minor stains on carpets and upholstery, and cleaning and conditioning of leather seats (if applicable).


2.4 Elite Membership


Monthly Price: $99.00
Annual Price: $1,188

Bi-Weekly Wash Inclusions:

Exterior: Thorough hand wash and dry, comprehensive wheel and tire cleaning and dressing, exterior glass cleaning, detailed wipe-down of door jambs, and targeted bug and tar removal as needed.

 

Bi-monthly Elite Shine
Exterior: All services from the Deluxe Exterior, plus clay bar treatment and iron decontamination on painted surfaces, application of a high-quality paint sealant, and application of rain repellent to the windshield.
Interior: All services from the Deluxe Interior, plus shampooing of all carpeted floor mats, full carpet and upholstery spot cleaning (as needed), thorough cleaning and conditioning of all leather surfaces to restore natural color and protect, and annual application of fabric protectants to cloth seats and floor mats.


3. Billing and Payments

 

  • Membership fees are charged monthly or annually based on the selected plan.

  • Payment is automatically processed via the payment method on file.

  • Memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Members may cancel at any time, as per the cancellation policy (Section 8).

  • Annual memberships offer a discounted rate compared to monthly payments. Billed upfront and valid for 12 consecutive months. Non-refundable once the first service is completed.

  • Credit/debit cards and approved digital wallets. Cash is not accepted for subscription billing.

  • If a payment fails, services will be paused until the account is updated. Apex reserves the right to cancel inactive accounts after 30 days of non-payment.


4. Service Scheduling, Limitations, and Priority Booking

 

  • Each membership tier includes a defined set of services. Additional services may be added at member-discounted rates.

  • All membership tiers include Priority Booking, allowing members preferential scheduling for their included services.

  • Members are encouraged to schedule services in advance to ensure availability.

  • Unused monthly or bi-weekly washes do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

  • Vehicles with excessive buildup, pet hair, biohazards, or damage may require additional time, incur extra fees, or be rescheduled.
     

5. Discounts and Loyalty Gift Cards


Specialty Options Discounts:

  • VIP: 15% Off

  • Express: 20% Off

  • Deluxe: 20% Off

  • Elite: 25% Off
     

Detail Discounts:

  • VIP: 15% Off any Detail

  • Express: 20% Off any Detail

  • Ceramic Coating Discount:

  • Elite: 10% Off Ceramic Coating


Loyalty Gift Cards:

  • VIP & Express: $20 Loyalty Gift Card

  • Deluxe: $100 Loyalty Gift Card

  • Elite: $150 Loyalty Gift Card
     

Loyalty Gift Cards are issued upon initial membership activation and annually upon renewal for active memberships, with the value dependent on the membership tier.


Redeemable toward any detailing or specialty service and cannot be applied to membership fees.
Non-transferable. Not redeemable for cash. Must be used within 12 months of issuance.


6. Membership Eligibility

For the Deluxe and Elite Membership Plans, an initial "Express Detail" (a full interior and exterior detail) is mandatory to establish a baseline clean condition for the vehicle before enrolling in the plan. This ensures the effectiveness and quality of subsequent monthly washes.

To maintain service quality, customers must enroll in the Apex Membership Club within 30 days of completing their initial Express Detail. After this window, a new Express Detail will be required to re-establish baseline cleanliness before membership activation.

 

One Vehicle per Membership.


Each membership is tied to a specific vehicle. Additional vehicles require separate enrollments.
Members must be at least 18 years old and either own or regularly operate the enrolled vehicle.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

Members may upgrade their membership tier at any time. The new pricing and benefits will take effect immediately, with a pro-rated charge or credit for the current billing cycle.
Downgrades may be requested and will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.


8. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their VIP membership at any time without long-term commitment.


For Express, Deluxe, and Elite memberships, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent via email to info@apexmobileshine.com at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

 

No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.


Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first detail is complete.


9. Quality Assurance & Member Conduct
Apex Mobile Shine stands behind every service. If you're not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours of your detail service completion. 


Members are expected to treat Apex staff with courtesy and professionalism. Abusive behavior may result in membership termination.


Apex Mobile Shine reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including safety concerns or policy violations.


10. Terms of Service


Apex Mobile Shine reserves the right to modify membership plans, pricing, and policy terms with prior notice to members.


Services are subject to vehicle size and condition. Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles or specific requirements outside of standard inclusions.


Membership services are available within Apex Mobile Shine’s designated service zone. Travel fees may apply outside this area.


Apex Mobile Shine reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer at its discretion.


By enrolling in the Apex Members Club, members agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.  Former members may rejoin at any time, subject to current pricing and eligibility requirements.

  • How long does a detail take?
    The time varies depending on the service package, vehicle size, and condition. A basic detail might take 2-4 hours, while a full restoration or ceramic coating application can take 6-12 hours or more. We'll provide a time estimate when you book.
  • What areas of Honolulu and Oʻahu do you service?
    Apex Mobile Shine proudly provides premium mobile car detailing across Honolulu and surrounding areas of Oʻahu, including Waikīkī, Hawai‘i Kai, Kaimukī, and beyond. Whether you’re downtown or live on the windward or leeward sides, we bring high-end convenience to your driveway.
  • Do I need to be present during the detail?
    You don't need to be present for the entire service, but we highly recommend being available for a final walkthrough upon completion. This ensures you're 100% satisfied with the work before we leave, as per our Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • How often should I get my car detailed in Hawaii?
    Frequency depends on your driving habits, storage, and desired level of cleanliness. However, due to Hawaii's strong sun, salty air, and potential for sand/dirt accumulation 53, we recommend a protective detail (with wax or sealant) every 3-6 months to maintain your vehicle's finish. Interior detailing frequency depends on usage (kids, pets, eating in the car). Regular maintenance washes help extend the life of protective coatings.
  • What's the difference between wax, sealant, and ceramic coating?
    Wax: Natural (like carnauba) or synthetic, provides good gloss and protection, typically lasts weeks to a few months. Sealant: Fully synthetic, offers longer-lasting protection (typically 4-12 months) and often better durability than traditional way. Ceramic Coating: A liquid polymer that chemically bonds to the paint, creating a hard, durable, hydrophobic (water-repelling) layer. Offers the best protection (years, not months) against UV rays, chemicals, and minor scratches, plus incredible gloss and ease of cleaning.
  • Can you remove all scratches and stains?
    We use professional techniques and products to remove or significantly reduce the appearance of many imperfections. However, very deep scratches (down to the primer or metal) may require repainting. Similarly, some set-in stains (like ink, dyes, or old spills) may not be completely removable from upholstery or carpets. We always assess the vehicle and provide realistic expectations before starting work.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
    We understand plans can change! Please provide at least 24-48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee, as we reserve that time slot specifically for you.73 (Link to full policy if available).
  • Are your cleaning products safe for my car's surfaces, kids, and pets?
    Yes! We prioritize using high-quality, professional-grade products that are safe for automotive surfaces when used correctly. We also opt for eco-friendly and biodegradable options whenever possible, minimizing harsh chemicals.40 If you have specific sensitivities or concerns, please let us know when booking.
  • What do you need from me for a mobile appointment?
    We need access to your vehicle (keys) and enough space around it to work comfortably (like a driveway or parking spot). Our mobile unit is typically self-sufficient with water and power, but access to an electrical outlet or water spigot can sometimes be helpful for certain tasks or extended services. We'll confirm requirements when you book.
  • How do your membership plans work?
    With flexible membership tiers, our VIP clients enjoy benefits like discounted services, priority scheduling, and exclusive detailing upgrades. Whether you're looking for routine maintenance or long-term vehicle protection, our plans are built for real driving lifestyles in Hawai‘i.
  • Are you licensed and insured to work on my vehicle?
    Absolutely. Apex Mobile Shine is fully licensed and insured in the State of Hawai‘i. Our customers trust us with everything from luxury imports to daily drivers, knowing their vehicles—and their peace of mind—are protected by top-tier professionalism and coverage.
