Returns & Refunds Policy (Oʻahu)
Food items & gift cards: Final sale. Gift cards are non‑refundable but fully transferable and never expire (subject to terms).
Damaged/incorrect: Tell us within 48 hours with a photo; we’ll replace or refund fast.
Cancellations: Free up to 24 hours before your delivery window; within 24 hours a $10 staging fee may apply. Same‑day orders are not cancellable after dispatch.
Holiday flexibility: Orders delivered Nov 1–Dec 24 qualify for exchange until Jan 5 (unopened, non‑food baskets).
Refunds go back to the original payment method (3–5 business days once processed).
Delivery Policy (Oʻahu)
Courier delivery on Oʻahu — Free with $99+ purchase within the Apex Mobile Shine service area.
Choose your delivery date at checkout; we deliver 10am–6pm HST.
Same‑day available when ordered by 11:00am HST — add $15 rush service, subject to driver availability.
Apartments/condos/offices: please include gate code/parking instructions.
If nobody’s home, we’ll safe‑drop in a shaded, secure spot and text photo confirmation (unless you request signature).
