1. Booking, Cancellations & Fees

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we adhere to a strict scheduling policy:

• How to Book: Appointments must be made via our website, phone (808-562-4098), or authorized platforms.

• Cancellations: Requires 24-hour notice. Failure to do so results in a fee of 50% of the service cost.

   

• Rescheduling: Requests made less than 2 hours before the appointment incur a charge of 75% of the service cost.

•  

  No-Show/Inaccessible Vehicle: If the technician cannot access the vehicle or the client is unavailable within 20 minutes, a $50 fee may apply, and the appointment may be cancelled without refund.

   

• Payment: Due upon completion via credit card, digital wallet, or cash.

• Engine Bay Cleaning: $59 — Improves performance and helps spot leaks.

   

• Paint Correction:

  • One-Step: $299 — Removes 50-60% of defects.

  • Two-Step: $399 — Removes 70-80% of moderate defects.

     

• Water Spot Removal: $49 (Glass) or $59 (Paint).

   

4. Liability & AI Assessment

• Condition Surcharge: Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, or biohazards may incur an "Extra Dirty" fee ($60+ per hour).

   

• Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for undisclosed pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage to aftermarket parts.

   

• Personal Items: Please remove all valuables; we are not responsible for lost items.

   

• AI Technology: We use AI to assist in vehicle assessments. AI is an advisory tool and does not replace human inspection. Customers may opt out of AI assessments at any time.

   

• Photo Release: We may take photos for promotional purposes, ensuring license plates remain confidential.
