Here's What You’re Agreeing To…
By booking a service with 808 Mobile Spa LLC / DBA Apex Mobile Shine, you agree to let us work our magic on your vehicle while following a few reasonable guidelines (no hidden traps or secret deals—we promise).
This agreement covers our responsibilities to you and your responsibilities to us. Once you book or use our services, you accept these terms in full.
1. Water & Electricity – The Power Duo
We're self-contained but if there's access to water and electricity, we may decide to use it for your service.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling – Give Us a Heads-Up!
We work rain or shine, but last-minute cancellations can throw off our schedule. To keep things running smoothly:
We understand that things happen and that you might need to reschedule. All rescheduling requests should be made via phone and before 2hrs of appointment. All rescheduling appointments made less than 2 hours will result in a minimum charge of 75% of the service charge
⏳ We require a 24hr notice to cancel any wash/detailing service. Failure to provide a 24hour advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the service charge. We reserve the right to take full payment if cancellation notice is less than 2hrs from appointment. At that time no refunds will be made.
⚠ To respect and honor appointments for all our customers, please be present at the location that is set. Our technicians will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled time, after that it is up to our technicians to decide to reschedule or cancel the appointment. If the appointment is canceled due the client not being present at the set location, no refunds will be made.
🎁 Gift certificate redemptions follow the same rules—missed appointments automatically redeem $50.
💡 If we need to reschedule due to staff levels, weather, or equipment failures, we’ll let you know ASAP! We reserve the right to alter appointments or reschedule appointments in accordance to without penalty to the company.

3. Moving Your Vehicle – We’re Not Joyriding, We Swear
By booking with us, you authorize Apex Mobile Shine to operate and move your vehicle as needed to complete your detail.

4. Time Limits – Because Efficiency Matters
Each detailing package has a set time limit (excluding add-ons). We work efficiently, but timekeeping is at our discretion.
🚀 Detail Time Limits:
✔ Express Package: 1.5 – 2 hours
✔ Deluxe Package: 2 – 3 hours
✔ Ultimate Package: 3+ hours
Add-ons extend base time, and we’ll keep you informed if extra time is needed!

5. Outcome Expectations – Realistic Magic
We aim to make your car as good as new (within reason). Generally, this is what you can expect:
✨ If last detailed less than 1 year ago → 75% as good as new
✨ If last detailed 1-2 years ago → 70% as good as new
✨ If last detailed 2-3 years ago → 65% as good as new
✨ If last detailed 3-4 years ago → 60% as good as new
✨ If last detailed 4+ years ago → 55% or less as good as new
Basically, the longer you wait, the harder we work! 🚗

6. Quality of Service – We Aim for Perfection (But We’re Human)
💯 We’ll do everything possible to make your car look its best with our skills, products, and time.
🔍 After service, we do a final inspection (either in person or via AI photos).
📞 If you spot an issue later, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll work to fix it.
🚫 Claims after 24 hours or without final inspection may not be eligible for correction.

7. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, dents, stains, odors, or anything mysteriously lurking under the seats.
📌 If any incidental damage happens during service, we’ll notify you immediately.
⚠ Our liability is limited to the total dollar amount of the service provided.

8. Additional Fees – Because Extreme Clean Requires Extreme Work
🛑 Some vehicles require extra time and effort. If your car is excessively dirty, we charge an extra dirty fee ($60+ per hour) at our discretion.
💡 We’ll inform you ahead of time if extra fees apply!

9. Feedback & Photos – Show Off Your Shiny Ride

📸 Apex Mobile may use photos of your vehicle for marketing (but we’ll never show personal details).

10. Service Termination – We Keep Things Professional
🚫 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for any customer who:
❌ Skips the proper booking process to contact technicians directly.
❌ Exhibits rude or harsh behavior toward our team.
❌ Creates any other issue that disrupts operations.

11. Final Terms – The Fine Print (But Not Too Fine)
✔ Using our services does not guarantee perfection, but we always aim for the best results.
✔ Your payment is for service time, not for an unrealistic promise of a brand-new car.
✔ Deposits are non-refundable since we order materials per job.
✔ All sales are final, with exceptions only at our discretion.
